Refunds and Returns

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 7 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 7 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of an exchange or merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

Returns with invoice

• Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product
• Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (Shipping charges are not refunded). We will refund the amount directly to the debit or credit card account used for the original order
• Please remember to include a day time phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions
• If you would like an exchange, a shipping fee of $4.95 will be charged

Returns without invoice:

• Exchange or merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. We cannot refund the amount to your card with out an invoice.
